Could You please answer David Lee (below in the comments)? Everyone knows Ansel Keys only used 7 of the 22 countries. Donno why You would even mention him. Are You not aware of Dr. Ron Rosedale, Prof. Tim Noakes, Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt, Gary Taubes etc. etc. etc. and their findings? Always so freaking biased here.
Wasn't Keys the researcher paid off by the sugar industry to produce papers that blame fat intake as being bad for you? Or did I just hear that from the spokespeople paid off by the meat industry? Lol so hard to keep the scientific corruption straight these days.
It's not just what people ate on Crete in the 1950s but their eating patterns. Two obvious factors never mentioned with regards to the Keys study or the Mediterranean diet based on his observation is (1) far smaller portion sizes and (2) adherence to the Orthodox fasting calendar.
I so enjoy all your reports. Thank you for your time and effort. They are motivating nearly every day of the week.
Thanks for sharing!
Why were fatal heart disease rates 20 times lower in the Mediterranean than the United States?

Can you talk about the "French paradox"? Does it exist? What is responsible for it?
I'm convinced… so where is the Michael Greger MD Cook Book?
Not anymore… About 5% of Israel population are now vegans! Although it's only small part of the Mediterranean.
it's widely accepted that ancel keys is a fraud so you should remove this video to preserve your credibility
