Major Breakthrough- New Cure for High Blood Pressure?

Major Breakthrough- New Cure for High Blood Pressure?

Hello, this is Phung Tran here from the Prevention
and Treatment Health Support Network. How is your blood pressure today? Today I’m
going to talk about a new cure for High Blood Pressure. Now, whenever someone or your friend
tells you that there is a new cure, a magic pill for High Blood Pressure, and if you take
this medication within 2 weeks your blood pressure would go back to normal and your
blood pressure is cured. Now before you start selling your house and spend your hard earned
money on this new cure for your High Blood Pressure, maybe you should be a little skeptical.
Maybe you should do a little bit of research to see whether what your friend is telling
you is actually a cure for your High Blood Pressure before you start spending your money.
So, what do you know? Now, you know that for a treatment to be a cure it has to fix the
CAUSE of your High Blood Pressure. This is one of the most important points that you
should remember. If you want to have a cure, you have to remove the causes of your High
Blood Pressure. If you do not remove the CAUSE or CAUSES of your High Blood Pressure, you
have no CURE. Let me give you an example. Let’s say for
some reason, I like to play with a knife and manage to have a big cut on my finger, and
it’s hurting a lot. I’m having a lot of pain because of the big cut on my finger.
So what is the cause of the pain on my finger? It is very important to know what the cause
is. Is the cause of the pain on my finger the cut that I have? Or is it because I like
to play with the knife? You want to find out what is the root cause of the problem. If
you can remove the root cause of the problem, then you have a CURE. So let’s say, I do
some treatments on the cut and the cut heals and I don’t have any pain any more. The
cut on my finger heals, I have no more pain. Is the problem solved? Am I CURED? NO!!! That
is because tomorrow I can play with the knife again and have another cut. And my finger
will start hurting again. So, the problem is not solved. I’m not CURED until I remove
the CAUSE. Go back to your friend. Your friend is telling
you to take this medication. It doesn’t cost a lot and you could see the results straight
away. Within 2 weeks your Blood Pressure will go back to normal. You will be CURED? He would
even give it to you for free to try. OK, so there is nothing to lose. Let’s try it,
OK? And within 2 weeks, your Blood Pressure actually goes down to normal and it stays
down at normal levels. So you are pretty happy about yourself. Your Blood Pressure is now
normal. You are probably cured from your High Blood Pressure. Now, remember I said PROBABLY.
You are probably cured but you are not cured because you have not fixed the cause of the
problem. Back to the cut on my finger, even though the cut heals and I don’t have pain
on my finger anymore the problem is not solved. So, even if your Blood Pressure goes back
to normal, you are not CURED. And what happens when you are not cure? Then, you can expect
serious consequences in the future. Ok, so if you are still interested in having
and cure for your High Blood Pressure, you have to remove the CAUSE, and in order to
remove the cause or causes of High Blood Pressure, you need to know what they are. So do you
know what is causing your High Blood Pressure? May be your doctor can tell you. May be you
can do a bit of research and find out for yourself. You need to know about all the causes
that are causing you High Blood Pressure. So what are some of the common CAUSES? I’ve
done a few videos on the causes of High Blood Pressure before, if you have some time, maybe
check them out. So, the common causes of High Blood Pressure:
if you have a lot of stress and it hangs around and doesn’t go away; if you have depression;
if you have anxiety. All of those causes can lead to High Blood Pressure. If you have a
chronic lung problem like Asthma, Emphysema, Cystic Fibrosis. All of those problems can
lead to High Blood pressure. If you have anemia, that can also contribute to your High Blood
Pressure. If
you smoke, it can cause lung damage; it can reduce the amount of oxygen in your blood
and cause High Blood Pressure. If you cannot sleep, if you have sleep apnea and cannot
have a good night sleep every night it will increase your stress levels and lead to High
Blood Pressure. If you have problems with alcohol abuse, medication abuse, taking too
much medication too much alcohol, that may also lead to higher blood pressure. If you
suffer from other conditions like Hyperthyroidism/Hypothyroidism, that may also lead to High Blood Pressure.
So, it is very important for you to find out as much as you can about what is causing your
High Blood Pressure. Until you remove the causes there is no CURE. Also, it is very
important to know how these causes lead to High Blood Pressure. So if you know the mechanisms
of how these causes lead to High Blood Pressure. Like, how does smoking lead to High Blood
Pressure? How does depression lead to High Blood Pressure? If you know the mechanism,
then you’ll be more effective at treating them. Again, I’ve done a few videos on these
so check them out when you have some time. So, once you find out what is causing your
High Blood Pressure you can go back to the CURE that you friend suggested to you to see
whether it is actually a cure for your High Blood Pressure. So let’s say your friend
tells you eat some garlic, try and eat some garlic, it will cure you Blood Pressure. Ok,
there is no harm in eating garlic. So you try it and it actually lower your Blood Pressure,
so well done. So you go through the list, you go through the causes of your High Blood
Pressure and if it actually removes the causes then you give it a tick. Ok, with garlic,
can garlic remove your STRESS? Can garlic remove all the STRESS that you have? Maybe
not!!! Can Garlic remove your DEPRESSION, if you are suffering from depression? NO!
You try eating garlic and it doesn’t take your depression away. What about can garlic
fix you ASTHMA? May be not! Can garlic make you quit smoking? No!!! Ok, so maybe garlic
is not a CURE for your High Blood Pressure. OK, let’s try another cure. Let’s try
watermelon. You’ve heard that watermelon can cure your High Blood Pressure. You eat
watermelon, you feel pretty good about yourself. You take your blood pressure and it actually
lowers your blood pressure. Ok, that’s good, and there is no harm in eating it right? So
it’s worth a try. But is it actually a Cure for your High Blood Pressure. So go through
the list of causes that lead to High Blood Pressure. Can eating watermelon fix you anemia?
NO! Can eating watermelon fix your sleep apnea? NO! You eat watermelon and you still snore
and have sleep apnea. What about can eating watermelon fix your chronic pains, if you
suffer a lot of pain everywhere. That’s also a cause of your High Blood Pressure.
Can eating watermelon fix your pain? NO! You eat watermelon and you still suffer from back
pain, neck pain, leg cramps and all sorts of stuff. So, maybe watermelon is not a Cure
for your High Blood pressure. But it’s still good to eat anyway.
What about
apple cider vinegar? You’ve heard that it’s pretty good and it cures Blood Pressure. So
you take some apple cider vinegar and it actually lowers your blood pressure, so you feel pretty
good about yourself, but you want to know whether it is a CURE for your High Blood Pressure.
So, you go through the list of causes again. Can taking apple cider vinegar fix your Cystic
Fibrosis, or your COPD or Asthma problems? Can it fix your Depression, if you have severe
Depression? Can it
fix your Anxiety? Can it make you stop smoking? Can drinking apple cider vinegar cure your
anemia? Maybe not! So, apple cider vinegar is not a cure for High Blood Pressure but
it’s still good to take anyway. What about aloe vera? I’ve heard that aloe
vera is cure for High Blood Pressure. You would go through the list again. Can aloe
vera fix your Depression? Can it fix your Anemia? Can it remove your stress? Can it
remove all the causes of High Blood Pressure? NO! It’s good to eat. It’s tasty, but
it is not a Cure. What about if someone tells you to do some
exercise and within 2 weeks your blood pressure should go to normal and your blood pressure
is cured. Ok, exercise is good. You do the exercises and it works, but is it a cure?
So, you go through the list again. Can doing some breathing exercises fix your anemia?
Can doing some breathing exercises fix your sleeping problems? Can it fix your pain? Can
it fix your stress, depression, anxiety? Can it fix your cystic fibrosis? If the exercises
cannot fix those problems then maybe breathing exercises is good for your but it is not actually
a cure for your High Blood Pressure. Now, another question! So if those things
are good for you like garlic is good for you, watermelon is good for you, apple cider vinegar
is good for you, breathing exercises is good for you. If you take those things, if you
do the exercises it wouldn’t cure your High Blood Pressure but it wouldn’t be a bad
thing is it, because you would do those things anyway. But is it? OK, there is a danger,
and you should know because there is one thing that is working against you if you rely on
these CURES or REMEDIES. There is a danger. It is not bad for you but it is not very good
for you. So, the one thing that works against you is time. Time is something that you don’t
have. So if you try garlic for a year and hope for the best then time is working against
you. If you try watermelon for a year and hope for the best then time is working against
you. Let me use the example of the knife again. So if all I do is take the medication to take
away the pain for a year. I don’t have any pain in my finger anymore for a year. But
during that time, I continue to play with the knife. So in one year, I eat watermelon,
I eat garlic, I take medication to get rid of the pain. During that one year, I have
ignored the causes of High Blood Pressure. I have ignored the causes of the cut on my
finger. So, in that one year, I have one year’s worth of damages, one year’s worth of cuts
on my finger and that is dangerous. So, if you just take something and hope for the best,
you can expect serious consequences. So what are some of the consequences? I went through
them before (in previous videos); you can see the damages that happen in your body.
The damages include brain damage, damages to your blood vessels, damages to your heart,
damages to your liver, damages to your kidney, damages to your stomach and digestive system,
damage to your sexual organs. It will cause muscle and joint pains, muscle cramps. It
will lead to more suffering. You would have more problems with sleep. You would get more
agitated because you cannot sleep. You would get more sexual dysfunction. You would start
arguing more. You would start losing more money because you have to spend time and money
fixing other problems. You may end up with relationship problems and in the end if you
haven’t fixed the causes, the root causes of your High Blood Pressure, you can expect
to die a lot younger and suffer a lot more. So, all those so called CURES are good. You
take them and hope for the best but you haven’t cured your problem. You can expect to have
severe consequences in the future. Now, back to the original question, what is
the new breakthrough CURE for High Blood Pressure? There is no magic pill. If you want your High
Blood Pressure to be cured, you have to know what are causing your High Blood Pressure
and work on them. Do it the hard way. Do it the proper way. Don’t go for the quick fix.
Try and understand as much as you can about High Blood Pressure and remove the causes.
Do it the proper way and you would have a much better chance of getting rid of your
High Blood Pressure. So, that’s all I want to say today. I’ve
been away for a while but I’m back and I’ll be doing more videos on High Blood Pressure
in the future. So I would like to hear what you think. Leave some comments, and if you
like the video maybe share the video around. Maybe subscribe to this channel. I’ll be
doing more videos in the future. Bye for now.

  1. I am in my mid fifties and have had high blood pressure since my early 20's. I don't know what happened in so short a time as I had pressure in high school of 90/40. Medication in my opinion does very little for me. After putting my dog down about 6 months ago my pressure has been consistantly in the 150 range for systolic 85 for diastolic. To make a long story short whenever I have had anethesia my blood pressure is normal 120/80. What is going on?

  2. You say people need to find the cause. That is the problem. "FINDING the cause". over 90% of hypertension is 'essential' meaning 'no identifiable cause'.

I've been through every possibility imaginable. Everything you have listed in your videos and more. I'm in my 20s and fit and been to 3 specialists and have had every test known done.

I think it would be useful if you explained why (with examples) the current world-wide methods of testing for causes are not working in 90% of all cases.

  3. You know what brought my blood pressure down right now? This video, I think the way you express everything on this video is real funny lol

  4. For me, Western Medicine don't 'Cure' any disease, but Ayurvedic & Chinese Medicine, & Holistic Medicine seems to work more to heal the problem.

  5. This information is miss leading. You are sending people on the wrong path. Essential hypertension does NOT have an identifiable cause, stop pretending that it does.

Hypertension is a condition of SUSTAINED high blood pressure. Key word SUSTAINED.

Obviously anxiety and pain will temporarily increase blood pressure as does exercise, standing up, waking up, eating, stretching, lifting, talking or being startled. This is healthy and does NOT cause left ventricular hypertrophy for example.

  6. Yes you are exactly right. Aside from the obvious causes that your Dr will check for, the reason why the precise cause can't be identified is because BP is a complex relationship between:

The various components of the renin-angiotensis system, aldosterone, baroreceptors, sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous systems and specifically the rostral ventrolateral medulla (brain).

The relationship between these mechanisms is what will result in hypertension.

Best to listen to your Dr.

  7. You irresponsibly list vague problems and suggest them as possible causes for hypertension.

Hypertension in non-obese people is not common. However things you list like head aches, muscle aches, stress, depression and relationship issues etc are extremely common. So common in fact that most of the population experiences these things all at once. If these things caused hypertension EVERYONE would be hypertensive. How do millions of people with chronic pain/stress have low blood pressure?

  8. You do realize that blood pressure raises to 220/90 while exercising? Many people exercise for hours a day. Should everyone avoid exercising? According to you this is dangerous.

  9. That would be interesting if that is the case. How do you know this for certain? It's difficult to come to conclusion on home BP measurements as BP varies day to day and week to week. If your BP is always over or around 140/90 it's best to let a doctor sort it out.

  10. My HBP started 2days after I had been exposed to a new airport scanner called a DEXI. The first symptoms were a complete deregulation and loss of control by the brain of all sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous systems. My heart rate went haywire and I had severe headaches. Is it possible to repair the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system?

  11. i have been worked as nurse all my life and i know that you are very right but it is one problem if you have stress every day in your job and you can not escape from that situation because you need to work how can you to get rid of high blood pressure!!Sure all would say change job but if it is only one chance to survive from your job .. so nothing its easy in this life

  12. >>>>>miss leading is correctly spelled >> misleading.
Why would we take advice from someone who can't spell simple English words?

  13. I wasted 21 minutes with this mockery man. He says that the causes should be attacked first to cure B-pressure. Everybody knows that, but how – he doesn't say, What's the breakthrough – he could fool us all!!!

  14. You Can Reverse High Blood Pressure Naturally
By Following a Simple Plan of Diet
For More Information on this Plan:
    Search Google for: "Hibloderox Remedy"

  15. Thanks for your wake up point, you touch the right point, which is one need to know the course of the problem, however some courses are hard to cure, e.g stress ! stress about how to make it reach, after loosing $250.000! and trying to recover and not to loose anymore, mortgage has to be paid, con Edison, water bill, taxes on other properties.  am lost! I know the course but don't know how to find cure

  16. VERY TRUE. Every person has different root cause of HBP. That's why is this treatment kind of tricky. It could be any cause  or combination of causes. Most common are : lack of exercise, alcohol drinking, smoking, obesity, stress, non cleaned organs/body of toxins, wrong time of sleeping time, lack of vitamins or minerals, side effects of chemical medications and unhealthy heavy diet. Just think  a minute what you do wrong  and You'll find out what is it before it's too late.It could be also that some of your organs is not working properly anymore.

  17. I read many good reviews on the internet about how Hybetez Remedy (just search it on google) can help you cure your hypertension naturally. Has anybody tried this popular diabetes home remedy?

  18. Why not mention that one can do both, breathing drills, yoga, QuiGong, and search for the reason – that would be a bit more proffesional?

  19. That guy should take a crash course in how to make a presentation! Where is that "New Cure"? Playing around with a knife cutting the finger is really no New Cure. We all know that stress, no exercise and bad food is no good for the blood pressure.

  20. Any one tried the Hybetez Remedy (do a google search)? I've heard several awesome things about this popular cholesterol home remedy.

  21. Oh honey…YES we want to get rid of the causes but once we've got HBP we just want the CURE and you don't have a new cure so please don't say so- I know…you think the new cure is to stop the cause but that would have to be done early in life before we learned what we did ALL THE WAY ALONG IN LIFE caused it.

  22. Anyone like to know a great device that you can connect to your phone and helps monitor your high blood pressure? came out last year.
