One morning our wellness coordinator came to the building and she was doing random blood pressure checks.  And she checked mine. She goes, “Oh your blood pressure’s really high.” I said, “Oh. I was just almost in an accident.” I could feel the rush of adrenaline. Mmm. Yikes. You have all of the hidden stress that you may not recognize just being trapped behind the wheel.
