I've had heart problems for many many years, and I found out it wasn't my heart! It was my allergy to GLUTEN!! I am allergic to gluten and once I removed it I started feeling much better and it completely went away! I highly recommend everyone here try checking their diets and removing all: gluten, dairy, eggs, seafood, OILS, processed foods, red meats, nuts, etc. Just for a few weeks or month and see if you're heart condition gets better. Eat steamed vegetables, lean meats, and make sure you're talking to both an allergist and nutritionist!! Your life might change for the better!
