A simple test currently in the UK will shortly be available in the USA. It will check for arterial stiffness, the leading cause of heart attacks and strokes. Amazing! There is a channel on YouTube that explains more – splatthefly1
How is it proven that this technique is medically correct? I don't doubt you…I'm just curious.
wat video editor did you use to make this?!!!!!!
wow great job
cool this is great
that was really good
more videos please!!!!!!
I got less chest pain from my hypertension after easier breathing
i wish my father would listen to me. His breathing is very fast, short and loud.
He's also overweight.
It's sad how people dont care. I see it as auto-destruction, self-hatred.
Please continue to upload more videos. You're doing great work and I really appreciate your efforts to help others.. Peace .. FL USA
@fullfist I tell my dad to take supplements like niacin vit c etc and eat raw but he doesn't listen he listens to his stupid doctor…
I watched all 17 parts and you explain everything so beautifully, clearly, and well-organized. Thank you and please keep those videos coming. I'm trying to manage asthma without depending on steroid inhalers.
Did Buteyko work with cancer patients? Did he have a lot of success?
Yes. Search online or on my site for Ukrainian clinical trial on metastatic cancer: 5 times less mortality, organized by Sergey Paschenko – Buteyko doctor.
Hi thanks for sharing these informations I really like them , I have about 30 BHT I just don't really find a way to improve it I see the Buteyko exercise but it's a temporary exercise could you tell me something that lasts permanently?
You need to study the Learning Section of NormalBreathing site. There are dozens of factors to address in order to increase body O2.
Thanks for anwsering me so fast . Yes i read it , its just a bit hard for me to understand if the are one time per day exercises or excersices that says how to breathe all day?
And just one more question:) that when i sport should i take deep breaths and exhale slower or this is only for the usual relaxed situations?
nope, you need elocution lessons.
I can't believe that you've studied to phd level and still havn't accepted that you're a bad pronouncer.
My PhD was in Russian…
Thanks for your response.
It is very common not to bother at all, with perfecting pronunciation, or intonation in a second or third language.
My professor of Mathematics pal, has appalling pronunciation in English.
I put it down to her being lazy about applying herself, and indifference.
She uses English in papers and lectures; the attendees are always from so many different countries, mostly speaking English as a second language and so, refer to notes to understand her.
Artour, do you have cases of improving cardiac arrhythmia with this technique? Thank you!
30 s CP 24/7 fixes this, and classes are geared to higher CPs, not to specific conditions. Send me a private email via the NormalBreathing website or email, and I ll tell you about classes.
Can somebody please explain to me which breathing method is most effective…. Frolov method or Buteyko method?
It varies. Generally Frolov exercises are better than Buteyko, but Buteyko has excellent lifestyle ideas. So NormalBreathing combines this.
I'm sorry. I speak English as a first language, and I can't understand what any of you mean. On some small level, I understand the video.
im norwegian and i've understood every word he said in all his videos except 1 word, which I found out after repeating 3 times..
Omg I totally agree. I can’t believe I’ve been ignorant about this for so long. I believe nature heals best that’s why I have gone all organic and 100% chemical free. I’ve seen a lot of my friends’ families get affected by cancer, heart diseases and other conditions that could have been avoided. Connect with me on facebook.com/Michaelangelo.Flores and lets share experiences as well as spread the word with anyone else who’s passionate about this lifestyle!
have you actually triend any of these exercises if not then how do you know it does's not work? Just saying
If you mean published trials, this is correct. There is also no evidence to support that these exercises do nothing or useless to stop a heart attack or prevent heart disease.
My claims are based on my life experience with hundreds of people that I taught, not on medical useless nonsense promoted everywhere.
Did you read the subtitles at the same time?
If his pronunciation is so good why then is there same-language sub titles accompanying this video?
I am sure that if your average English mother-tongue speaker was having heart surgery they would not want this fellow in theatre with other doctors doing any work.
This phd fellow wouldn't get a job in the NHS hospital in the UK because he would be failing in pronunciation.
I speak fluent Russian, so I can understand him !
Q2: With the increase of atmospheric co2 levels since the industrial revolution, should we not have seen a general improvement in the prevalence of illness? and….if air is 0.03 co2 content, what was it a hundred years ago prior to the increase of co2 due to industrialization and deforestation?
Q1: Is it realistic to assume that if a person used a "rebreathing" technique, ie) using a paper bag over the mouth/nose for 2-3 minutes for various intervals, that the person could begin to use this bag method to eventually improve their health….inconjuction to shallow breath etc. [Thank-you Artour….I watched your entire series of videos, excellent!…-Cara from Canada]
god damn it 1 dislike
People with these disorders are mostly mouth breathers if not ALL mouth breathers. So the recent influx of co2 in the atmosphere would have no effect bc of the hyperventilating mouth breathing occurring. I'm no dr. But I'm sure that has a lot to do with it
sounds like good information, but i can barely understand anything he is saying.
great one my friend 🙂
anyone tried this and survived?!
Really Good One..!
more volumen!!! :3 pleaseee
Amazing video as usual, Dr Artour!!
any time you torture dogs in laboratories your findings are tainted with cruelty. Follow Yoga for the best way to be healthy and avoid heart attack. Yoga is a practice that began over 5,000 years ago and has never tortured animals to arrive at amazing ways to reach good health and long life.

Is it the heart condition that causes breathing difficulties or the other way around.? Cardiac insufficiency or cardiomyopathy caused by long time high BP. Dilated atrium, is it possible to heal the dilation through buteyko breathing exercises and other treatments?
What about people with moderate cardiomyopathy
Artour you are my hero! Great information! Crucial information for good health.
