Stopping daily routine to do deep breathing exercise is a method of stress reduction. However, how will this work during exercise (aerobics)? Will this open clogged arteries? Will this increase elasticity of blood vessel walls (which occurs in all people with aging – just like wrinkles happen). Many hypertensives have high BP only during activity/exercise. During exercise you are already taking abdominal breaths. Stress reduction & life style changes are helpful – IF a person DOEWS THEM!

You are 100% right on this. I noticed the difference immediately. Yes I never took my breathing seriously and I believe it is ine reason why I stuttered for a long time.
