A person who takes more less breaths in a minutes his/her life span is that much more and he is that much healthy so whenever specially you get high blood pressure in that what happens? Breathing speed becomes high for this there is a very easy meditation. You try it and see. 100% results are obtained. you keep looking towards your wrist watch and in it there is a hand of seconds. in 60 seconds 1 minute gets completed keep looking at the second’s hand and breathe in and out gradually that means you have to take it in slowly and take out slowly try to breathe 6-10 times in one minute you do this exercise for 3-4 minutes you’ll see blood pressure will become normal so just keep looking at the second’s hand like this and inhale slowly slowly. and release slowly slowly breathe in and out slowly slowly. and you don’t even have to take deep breaths.
