RESEARCHERS LOOK AT PEOPLE WHO WORK 24-HOUR SHIFTS WITH PEOPLE WHO AVERAGE 3 HOUR OF SLEEP. THE BLOOD PRESSURE AND HEART RATE AND EVEN THE THYROID HORMONE LEVELS THESE COULD PUT THEM AT HIGHER RISK OF HEART DISEASE.
