Exercising Tips : Exercises to Lower Blood Pressure

Hi, I’m going to show you an exercise that
can lower blood pressure, brisk walking. Anything that you can do to keep your larger muscles
in motion for longer periods of time, is always going to lower your blood pressure. The National
Institute of Health and Science has found that aerobic exercise reduces resting blood
pressure in people who have hypertension. You can shave eleven points off the top and
nine points off the bottom. Treadmills are great for getting your resting heart rate
up but don’t forget you can also use ellipticals, bikes, getting yourself outside, anything
that’s going to get your blood pressure up. You want to start small and work your way
up. Try to always remember if you do have any dizziness or faintness or numbness of
the hands or limbs, this is a time where you need to jump off and call your physician.
