He is now promoting healthy vegan foods, but still adds lots of fat, meat, and egg whites. Someone that's had a heart attack should cut out all meat, dairy, and oils (at least for long enough to get their arteries unclogged). JMO

My grandmother just passed away at 107!Never worked out a day in her life.Smoked cigarettes and drank lots of caffeine, ate greasy soul food everyday.I mean, most times these medical conditions are genetics related.My family live long lives and none of them exercise, nor eat right.No one’s ever been sick nor suffer from any health ailments.Truth!My point is, ish happens!Whether you nourish your body with so called healthy eating, rigorous exercising or you eat whatever, so called unhealthy and don’t do any type of physical activity.We’re all dying sooner then later.
