– So as you know, most of blood cancers, including acute leukemias, are very hard to treat and basically to control. When I encounter patients
with these type of leukeumias and even lymphomas, I try to explain the disease process and the treatment options
that we have available including our clinical trials
that they might benefit from. And I try to delineate
them each and every option in terms of efficacy and what to expect and also based on the average patients that previously they were treated in different clinical trials, I try to give them a
sense of what to expect from each treatment, and I
always wanna make sure they understand what they’re going through and what to expect. And I try to be pretty much available even after the preliminary encounter and make sure that if they
have any questions later on, all to be answered.
