its ultimate i was jogin 4 more than 12 months but now i limitted jog8ng to 10 mint after that i continue with u at the same 1 ful 30 mint + half of the same again my weight dropped 3kg in just 7 days of practice thanks keep it up
I workout daily follow every tip But my weight drops to 69 after few days 71 72 73 70 it remain fluctuating bet 69 to 73 but i want to stablize i did nd didnt take even breaks any suggestion to keep it constant Iwud really appreciate if u closely examine my case nd sort out this matrix in a single reply

I'm a PA and health coach and something I can attest to from exercising for 30 years is that stick-to-it-ness is greatly enhanced when redundancy is diminished. Your program is refreshing in that the exercises are creative and involve multiple body parts. Nice job and keep it up!

I enjoyed the workout, but even more than the workout, what helped ME the most were your peaceful tones and encouragements throughout the entire thing. I didn't feel as though I was being mentally and emotionally amped with anxiety and added pressure. I especially loved the comments- Remember why you are here, why are you started this.. it was MUCH more effective for me personally. Thank you so much, and I will be using your videos daily. I do a lot of heavy lifting. And i mean a lot. Im not the best looking but i am strong(my troop can vouch for that fact). But this workout was something else. Started with a 45 pound dumbell and finished with a 25 pound. Sweating like hard as a mother fucker. This is some good shit. I thought it was going to be easy.

I’m terrible at being consistent with workouts. I usually give up after three days. But I’ve been following these workouts for over a week now and I still feel motivated to keep going! Thank you guys! I really feel like I can keep up with these and you provide such a variety of workouts! Great job!!
i have been doing your videos for about 2 months now (lost about 12 lbs and gained nice "tonage" and muscle in my body. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE your motivation and support all throughout your videos. Sometimes when i feel I need to give up you or Claudia always come in with the "dont give up!" I usually sweat when doing your workouts but not like this one made me! Love this one, it was my first time trying it and I will definitely be doing it again! My number one goal is to lose weight then gain muscle and your videos help me stay on track for sure! Just have to eat better and hope my toddler will not be picky with foods but it's expected. lol
